You’ve been struggling for so long with your internal knowledge of who you are versus how the world defines you. It feels like a constant battle to navigate the simplest situations. Feeling so disconnected from or distressed by your body while pretending like everything is fine. You can be so anxious in social situations and depressed when you’re alone. You feel ashamed and confused, but also sometimes excited and hopeful. What could life look like if you were living in alignment with your true self?
I support people with transitioning and provide a safe space to talk about their gender identity. I also help anxious and worried people remain calm, bring peace into their lives and feel less overwhelmed. I have worked with the gender expansive community for years and have listened to the journey's and helped numerous of clients be their true, authentic selves.
My specialty includes, but is not limited to: gender identity development, intersectionality, codependency, coping skills, emotional regulation, family conflict, life transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, school stress and self esteem. I follow the WPATH standards of care version 8. I participate in specialized training in working with the transgender community. I am a public speaker, consultant and trainer.
